Job Description:
- Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for our client and their provider for (network and telecom) infrastructure (Belgacom).
- 2nd – 3th level support.
- Incident, infrastructure and problem management.
- Implementation and follow up of standard work request.
- Improvement and extension of operational stability and performance.
- General technology system administration.
- Implementation of guidelines and work instructions and necessary documentation.
Technical Requirements:
- Good technical knowledge of Windows OS, Windows 2008 Server.
- Good technical knowledge of Windows OS, Windows 7.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory.
- Good technical knowledge of LAN.
- Good technical knowledge of WAN.
- Good technical knowledge of IPT (Cisco).
- Good knowledge of BlackBerry.
Methodology / Certification Requirements:
- Wintel certification is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science OR equivalent through experience.
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred.
- Additional certification is a plus.
Non-Technical requirements:
- Strong tracking, coordination and planning skills.
- Ability to identify and implement process and / or application improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
